Every Saturday evening, April through October Saturday Night Bluegrass Jam
Come join the pickers and the grinners for the best local bluegrass music in the area! Bring your lawn chairs and instruments and enjoy this downhome celebration of music and community where the Chief of Police cooks hot dogs on the grill and the locals bring potluck dishes to share! Bring a donation, either monetary or foodwise! There is a bonfire with the fixings provided for S'Mores. It happens every Saturday night during the season at Bluegrass Square in "downtown" Tallulah Falls on Main St.

Come see the waterfalls in Tallulah Gorge roar to life during the weekends when Georgia Power Company releases extra water over the Tallulah Dam to bring the flow over water over the 6 waterfalls in the Gorge to a more historical flow level. Enjoy the Falls from the North & South Rim Trails or take the steps into the Gorge for a more "up close" view. Saturday Oct 5th 2019 2019 Founders Day Festival
Come join the Town of Tallulah Falls as it honors the town's five founding Tallulah Falls Railroad Visionary Founders: Col Rufus LaFayette Moss Sr, Thomas Abraham Robinson, William Berry, J.M. Cartledge and William D. Young, plus the Georgia Railroad and Power Company, who shaped the history of Tallulah Falls.

Also by special arrangements, there will be TOURS of the GEORGIA POWER PLANT, at the bottom of the Gorge, only accessible by an incline railway AND A HOME TOUR of the HISTORIC MOSS HOUSE

Come watch worldclass kayakers as they navigate the Tallulah River as it winds through Tallulah Gorge.  Five weekends out of the year, Georgia Power Company releases extra water over the Tallulah Dam to make this spectacular event possible.  The kayakers can be seen going over Oceana Falls from both the North and South Rim Trail at Tallulah Gorge State Park. They can also be seen paddling down the Tallulah River and going over Sweet Sixteen Falls from the overlook porch at Tallulah Point Overlook.  On Saturday, the expanded flow of water over the dam is 500 cubic feet per second and on Sunday it is 700 cfs.  For more information call the State Park at 706-754-7981 or Tallulah Point Overlook at 706-754-4318.
Friday December 6th, 2019 2019 Lighting of the Floating Christmas Tree
Join the Town of Tallulah Falls as we light the area's only floating Christmas Tree! The celebration begins at 6 pm with a potluck dinner at Town Hall in Tallulah Falls. The lighting of the "tree" will happen aruond 7 pm. Also enjoy a hay ride, Christmas caroling around the bonfire fire on the shore of Tallulah Lake, and a visit from Santa Claus! The tree will stay lit through the first of the New Year. Come celebrate the beginning of the Christmas season! For more information, call 706-754-4318.
